Staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was upgraded and we appreciated the extra space and being able to check in early was an added bonus. Hotel was quiet-so used to being able to hear traffic and outside noise in London hotels, but we couldn't hear a thing despite our room facing the main road. Comfy beds, clean bathroom would happily stay again. We had a full day of activities planned and had a bit of nightmare travelling to London so having a nice, warm and dry, (the weather was awful) room to come back to was great.

The room is very good in size we are in and it is neat and very clean and the location is perfect because it is in the center of everything very convenient to all transportation the staff is excellent and food is so good.. we are looking in the future to stay again and I can spread this hotel to my friends and family. 👏👍😇

Just the location I needed the night before a photoshoot for work. The hotel has obviously been refurbished fairly recently so it’s got nice modern decor. Rooms are small and it’s right on the main road but it was easy to walk to High Street Ken
